  • Years of hands-on experience shipping and running production software
  • Depth in at least one area, and curiosity well beyond it
  • Comfort joining an unfamiliar codebase and team and contributing quickly
  • Clear written English and solid overlap with US working hours
  • Good judgment about when to ask, when to decide, and when to push back
